Hello! I'm so excited to finally share my new pattern - Pincushion Station! You can find my pattern here or in my Etsy store. The idea came about as I was thinking of creative ways to be more organized while sewing. When I sew, I usually have a small box filled with sewing essentials including a pincushion, scissors, my box of clips, and more which I place next to my cutting area. I usually move this box to my sewing my machine after I'm done cutting, and then back and forth, eventually losing where I placed it! I love pincushions just as much as I love bags, so I created this with organization and compact size in mind to easily transport around my sewing room.
This pincushion is weighted with crushed walnuts and has multiple pockets all around which can hold small to medium scissors, small rotary cutters, seam rippers, clips, and of course pins and needles. I also use it as a weight to hold down fabric when I'm cutting. All my essential notions are easily accessible, making sewing more organized and fun!
I hope you enjoy my pattern. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org . Also, I'd love to see your finished pincushions! Please use the hashtag #creamcraftpincushionstation and #creamcraftgoods on Instagram or Facebook. Happy Sewing!
Thanks so much!
All of them are so cute. I love the little notions and buttons you've used. I have several of the same things, like that sweet little bow! Why didn't I sew one on? so cute. Future pincushions will have more. Also sorry I only have one of the Osama Goods prints, why didn't I order all colors?? You're an inspiration Karen. xoReplyDelete
